I have been an active investor in the industry for over a decade and built an impressive and extensive portfolio that includes pre-sale purchases, new buildings, and several home renovations. Having owned and managed a hotel/bar for more than five years, I understand the value of patience, excellent customer service, and tenacity. I draw insight and inspiration from my personal experience of buying/selling my business to help my clients find the most lucrative deals and prospects for their most valuable assets. My background in the tech sector and working with many customers across BC and Canada gives my clients a significant advantage in reaching potential buyers right here at home or from other parts of Canada looking to invest in their future. Outside of real estate, I am a proud father and spend my free time teaching my son how to code.
